Practice Game:
Practicing multiple repetitions of a piece or technical exercise can sometimes get boring and frustrating! We want your practice sessions to be fun for both student and parent. Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing practice games, with printables, to add to your practice routine.
These games should always be done with a grown-up! (Practicing should too!)
Snowman:
Here’s a familiar game! The grown-up thinks of a word or phrase for the student to guess one letter at a time. The grown-up draws a number of dashes equivalent to the number of letters in the word. After each repetition or goal is met, the student guesses a letter. If the letter is in the word, the grown-up fills in the blank. If not, they draw a part of the snowman.
